Shao Jinwen pointed out that, with the “six centers and three platforms” of the BJAST as the core, the BJAST has set up a technology docking platform for “serving the Winter Olympics” and formulated the Work Plan for Science and Technology Services for 2022 Winter Olympic Games of Beijing Academy of Science and Technology. He hoped that with the help of the international “Smart City” big data conference and subsequent work arrangements, the BJAST will jointly push the research on “Smart City” to a higher level with the INERIS and its domestic and foreign partners.

French representatives made special reports on the innovative ideas of French smart cities. Professor Hu Yanzhu and other Chinese representatives from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications respectively discussed how to promote the development of smart cities from the field such as the layout of scientific and technological Winter Olympics and others. Wang Tong, Innovation Center for City Safety and Governance of BJAST, made a concluding speech.
