Recently, the BJAST received a letter of thanks from the leading group of the Winter Olympics of science and technology, expressing their gratitude to the scientific research team and Researcher Liu qingjun for their efforts in undertaking the Winter Olympics of science and technology project. During the Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympic Games, the food supply chain risk monitoring and early warning intelligent system developed by them was fully deployed in 10 food supply bases of the Winter Olympic Games, ensuring the food safety at the source. The system is connected to the intelligent supervision and guarantee platform of Zhangjiakou Municipal Administration of Market Regulation, which provides risk early warning technical support for guaranteeing food safety in Zhangjiakou competition zone of the Winter Olympic Games. As the undertaker of the scientific and technological Winter Olympics project "Research on Intelligent Rapid Screening Technology and Prediction and Early Warning Technology of Harmful Factors in the Food Supply Chain of the Winter Olympics" and "Research and Development and Application Demonstration of the Risk Monitoring and Early Warning Intelligent System in the Food Supply Chain of the Winter Olympics", our scientific and technological personnel have successfully completed the scientific research and technical support tasks, showing the demeanor of front-line scientific and technological workers.
