The "2022 New Think Tank Governance Forum" was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu. More than 700 experts and scholars from national high-end think tanks, central ministries, commissions, bureaus, "double first-class" university think tanks, and provincial and municipal think tank management departments participated online or offline. The forum released the China Think Tank Index (CTTI) 2022 National Think Tank Construction Best Cases and Outstanding Achievement Winners List. The think tank research achievement "Overseas Chinese and Chinese Culture Overseas Communication Strategy Research" submitted by the BJAST won the 2022 China Think Tank Index (CTTI) 2022 Think Tank Outstanding Achievement Special Award.

"Overseas Chinese and Chinese Culture Overseas Communication Strategy Research" is the achievement of a frontier think tank with the participation of the Institute of Innovation for Development of the BJAST. 63 out of a total of 603 think tank research results from national think tank institutions won the Outstanding Achievement Special Award in this selection. Winning the Outstanding Achievement Special Award is a recognition and affirmation of the think tank achievements of BJAST.
