He stressed that it is necessary to give full play to the role of the BJAST as a think tank serving the construction of Beijing's international science and technology innovation center and the high-quality economic development of the capital, and provide better support and services for government departments to make decisions.

Xia Qinfang introduced the work of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics in the monitoring of international consumption center cities. The two sides said that in the future, they will strengthen in-depth matching cooperation in statistical monitoring and policy measures research on the construction of international consumption center cities, and fully support the cultivation and construction of Beijing International Consumption Center.
