On September 5, Secretary of Party Committee of the Academy Fang Li and the Academy leader Lu Yuguo visited Beijing Fund Town for investigation and exchange, and attended the signing ceremony of Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Beijing Science and Technology Holdings Management Center and Beijing Fund Town Holdings Co., Ltd. Chen Qing, Party Secretary of Fangshan District Committee attended the meeting. Lv Chenfei, member of the Standing Committee of Fangshan District and Deputy District Head, Zhou Yichen, Vice President of Beijing Federation of Industry & Commerce, Chairman of Beijing Fund Town Holdings Co., Ltd attended the investigation and signing ceremony.

Responsible persons of Fund Town introduced the basic conditions of Fund Town. Lv Chenfei emphasized that the cooperation between Beijing Fund Town and BJAST is a major measure for Fund Town to participate in technological innovation. The Management Committee of Beijing Fund Town should strengthen its understanding, expand the influence of Fund Town in capital through cooperation with BJAST, and turn it into an important platform for Fangshan District to participate in Beijing National Science and Technology Innovation Center.

Fang Li stated that Fund Town is an important strength for Fangshan District to develop the financial industry. He required that both Beijing Science and Technology Holdings Management Center and Beijing Fund Town should truly implement the cooperation, benefit the objects they served, and reach the cooperation effect that "1+1>2". Both parties should exert their own advantages, deepen cooperation in terms of sci-tech finance and project incubation, and help with the construction of National Science and Technology Innovation Center.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly set up an innovative platform of sci-tech finance.
