On 25^th of June, special meeting and special class mobilization meeting of Global Science and Technology Innovation Think Tank Form of 2021 ZGC Forum is held. Zheng Huanmin, deputy secretary of the leading party members’ group and the president of the BJAST, makes a mobilization speech, and Li Junkai, director of Division of International Cooperation of BJAST, presides over the meeting.

At the meeting, Zheng Huanmin emphasizes that the theme of this think tank forum is "open science" in line with the current situation, and it is of great significance to promote international scientific and technological cooperation through new technological means. Zheng Huanmin makes three suggestions for the preparation and organization of the forum. The first is to improve the political position and serve the overall situation. The second is to concentrate all efforts to solidly advance the preparations for the forum. The third is to strengthen work measures to ensure the smooth convening of the ZGC Think Tank Forum.

Li Junkai, the director of the Forum Office of the ZGC Think Tank and the director of Division of International Cooperation of BJAST, makes arrangements for the division of work and forum scheduling. The person in charge of each working group state that they will do the work ahead and ensure the success of the forum by strengthening collaboration.

In the next step, all members of the forum's special class will take action to strive to make the 2021 ZGC Think Tank Forum a high-end, international, and professional conference, so as to increase the popularity and influence of the BJAST.
