On February 13, Wang Xiaoping, Director of the Ningbo Central and Eastern European Innovation Base, and Zhang Mingming, General Manager, visited the International and Regional Cooperation Center of the BJAST for research and discussion, and Li Junkai, Director of the International Cooperation Center and Secretary-general of the Zhongguancun Global High-end Think Tank Alliance, presided over the meeting. The two sides carried out in-depth exchanges around resource sharing, innovation cooperation and other aspects.

At the meeting, Zhang Mingming introduced that the Ningbo Central and Eastern Europe Innovation Base has launched an overseas representative office in Budapest, Hungary to build an international comprehensive entrepreneurship service platform and an off-project incubation center with the core of Central and Eastern Europe and link the whole Europe. The base operates under the guidance of the Office of the Organizing Committee of the China-CEEC Expo and the CEEC International Industrial Cooperation Park. He also expressed the hope of signing relevant cooperation memoranda with the International Cooperation Center to promote mutual cooperation between the two sides.

Li Junkai introduced business fields and recent key work of the Think Tank Alliance and the International Cooperation Center, and pointed out that the two sides could start cooperation from sharing resources, jointly holding activities and other aspects, and jointly build an international cooperation network platform to achieve win-win cooperation.
