From July 24 to 26, 2023, the "2023 Beijing Science Popularization Base Senior Seminar" was successfully held, hosted by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Management Committee, organized by the Beijing Women Science and Technology Workers Association and the Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Center, and co-organized by the Science Communication Center of the BJAST. The seminar is aimed at the front-line personnel and management personnel of the municipal science popularization bases, with the goal of improving the service ability, product research and development ability and science popularization ability, and invites famous teachers and relevant heads of the municipal science popularization management department to introduce theories and policies, and share valuable experience, so as to achieve the purpose of intensive training of science popularization work.

Liu Ziliang, Leader of the BJAST, made a thematic report entitled "The Integration and Development of Science and Technology Frontier and Popular Science Creation under the Guidance of the "Two Wings Theory". Combining his own thinking on scientific and technological innovation and scientific popularization, Liu Ziliang introduced the theoretical basis and practical path of the integration and development of scientific and technological frontiers and popular science creation.

Qi Rui, Deputy Director and Researcher of the Beijing Planetarium, shared his work experience and thoughts from various ways of astronomical science popularization, science popularization experience of science fiction novel "The Three-Body Problem", and what is the use of astronomy with the title of "Spreading Science with Temperature-Sharing of Popular Science Experience".
