From August 21 to 25, the 17^th Beijing International Book Festival was held in China International Exhibition Center (New Venue). Beijing Science and Technology Publishing Co., Ltd set up a "special booth of wooden art" entitled "Five-Thousand-Year Ingenuity Inheritance, Seventy-Year Dream-building in China" showed up in this Beijing International Book Festival, and set booths. It provided a wonderful cultural feast for participants with multiple exquisite achievements and series theme activities published in recent years.

On the morning of August 21, the press held the science popularization lecture entitled "Dinosaur in China Dinosaur Barber -- Have You Seen the Dinosaur with Feathers?" The famous picture book writer Dong Yanan and the editor of Beijing Science and Technology Publishing Co., Ltd hosted the activity. Dong Yanan shared the upcoming new book Dinosaur Barber with the audience.

On the afternoon of August 21, "Gemu Culture", the professional wooden art communication platform subordinate to the press held the opening ceremony of inheritance of Chinese wood culture. Guests like Zeng Qingyu, Director of the Press and Wang Zhenhua, the intangible culture inheritor of miniature creation technique in CCTV's documentary entitled Chinese Handmade-Carpentry attended the ceremony.

On the ceremony, Wang Zhenhua displayed the miniature model of Zhaozhou Bridge, reputed as one of the "three wonders" of the wooden art circle and Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, and invited the audience to attend the load-bearing experiment. Finally, Zeng Qingyu, the industry experts, university scholars and celebrities jointly made the promise of "Five-Thousand-Year Ingenuity Inheritance, Seventy-Year Dream-building in China", then the inheritance activity of the Chinese wood culture was started.
