JIANQI CHEN, Professor at the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C, Doctoral Supervisor, Research Secretary of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (Director level). He once worked in Department of Finance in Fujian Province, Head Office of Bank of Communications and Peking University in succession. In 2014, he took the temporal position of Deputy County Mayor of Changxing County, Zhejiang Province. He also undertook the high-level class teaching of Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C., of which students are mostly provincial, ministerial-level officials or Director Generals of Bureaus. He has published over 200 papers in Economic Research, People's Daily, etc., and presided over many research projects including Major projects of National Social Science Foundation of China.
