He once served as Director of Scientific Research and Production Department, Director of Overall Design Department, and Director of Science and Technology Commission of the Second Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Member of the Leading Party Members' Group and Vice Chairman of Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission.
