RONGPING MU is the Secretary of the Party Committee of  Institutes of Science and Development of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Director-General of CAS Center for Innovation and Development, a member of the Expert Committee on National Development Plan of NDRC, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Science Research Management, President of the China High-Tech Industry Promotion Society, and President of the Chinese Association for Science of Science and S&T Policy Research. He once served as the Director-General of the Institute of Policy and Management (2004-2014). RONGPING MU has participated in the research and drafting of several important policy documents concerning innovation and development in China with more than 40 publications.
