ZHENG LI is Ph.D., Professor and Doctorial Supervisor. He is Director of China Center for Public Sector Economy Research at Jilin University where is a key research base of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education. He is Vice Dean of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Institute of Jilin University, Director of China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cooperation Research Center of Jilin University. He is an expert enjoying the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, and has been selected into the "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education" and among the fifth and sixth batch of "Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Changchun". He is the Member of the Steering Committee of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of the Ministry of Education, Decision-making Advisory Member of Jilin Provincial Government and Special Researcher of "Contemporary China Marxist Political Economy Innovation Think Tank" of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
